Bella Operation A/S (Bellagroup) wishes to have an open corporate culture where everyone is free to come forward and report their reasonable suspicion or knowledge of irregularities or unlawful conduct in relation to Bellagroup's activities, employees, management, suppliers and similar.
Bellagroup is aware that an open corporate culture is in some cases insufficient to ensure that information about unlawful conduct or irregularities comes to light through Bellagroup's ordinary communication channels.
Bellagroup has therefore, as a supplement, established an internal whistleblower scheme in accordance with the Act on Protection of Whistleblowers (Act no. 1436 of 29/06/2021).

The scheme aims to increase the opportunities for employees to speak up about reasonable suspicion or knowledge of unlawful conduct and serious matters – without fear of negative consequences. The scheme protects persons who report in good faith, and increases the likelihood that errors and irregularities are detected as quickly as possible.
The scheme is a voluntary alternative to the ordinary communication channels and is particularly intended for situations where one does not feel comfortable approaching management, the employee representative or People & Culture directly.
