SKI - Framework agreement with Bellagroup
Applies to Bella Sky Conference & Event and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers
Bellagroup is part of the SKI framework agreement with both Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and Bella Sky Conference & Event, and therefore we can offer meeting packages and overnight stays at favorable prices for the Danish public sector. All our meeting packages include room hire, standard AV equipment and delicious catering.

Meeting packages & Prices
The prices are valid from 10 June 2024 - 09 June 2025
Applies to the entire Danish public sector, which is part of the SKI framework agreement.
PACKAGE 1: SHORT MEETING
Meeting room hire for up to 2 hours
Room hire, standard AV-equipment and note pads, pens etc.
Coffee/tea and ice water available during the meeting
PACKAGE 2: HALF DAY MEETING
From 8.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m. or 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Room hire, standard AV-equipment and note pads, pens etc.
Coffee/tea and ice water available during the meeting
Lunch or dinner including one water
Morning bun w/butter and cheese or pasteries

PACKAGE 3: DAY MEETING
From 8.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m.
Room hire, standard AV-equipment and note pads, pens etc.
Coffee/tea and ice water available during the meeting

Lunch including one water

PACKAGE 4: 12-12 MEETING WITH 2-COURSE DINNER
From 12.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.

Chef's choice 2-course conference dinner (excl. beverages)

PACKAGE 5: ONE AND A HALF DAY MEETING WITH 2-COURSE DINNER

Standard AV equipment is included in meeting rooms, but not included in halls and foyers.
